By agreeing to work with me you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

·Commissions·

​

​All commissions go through reviews by the commissioner who MUST give the go-ahead to continue the commission.  Any changes not agreed upon beforehand, i.e. changing a pose after the commission is over, will incur an extra charge.

You can publish my commissions (commissioned by you) in your social networks, as long as I am duly credited @Spikhyenna

When you commissioned me you will receive a .PNG, you won't get the layered document (.PSD).

I can still use the artwork of commissions as a sample for sales or self promotion. If you don’t want me to show your commission, let me know.

You CANNOT reproduce my art or use it for commercial purposes.

You CANNOT trace my art even from your commissions, if you need any changes, let me know. I keep all PDS for possible future changes.

By commissioning me, the rights to use the image or character will be assigned to you. The copyright belongs to me and you will not be able to claim my art as your own.
